Muscle of the Month

September's Muscle of the Month is the Heart 

  • MOST IMPORTANT muscle in your body
  • Pumps blood throughout your entire body
  • Size of your fist
  • Keep your heart strong by exercising for at least 60 minutes every day
    • Jogging, bike riding, jumping rope, hiking, swimming, soccer, basketball
